Special Note :-

• Security cover by Government of India up to Rs.5,00,000 per person per annum to each beneficiary.
• Based on the census of India in the year 2011, the families identified in the survey of economically backward people are covered under the Pradhan Mantri Janarogya Yojana.
• Thus, there is currently no provision to add names of new families if you or your family name is not in the list.
• But, if you are living in Gujarat and have an annual family income of less than 4 lakhs, then you can make an Amritam/Vatsalya card and get treatment.
